Are Singapore Women Stingy ?

I was driving to work one day and I was tuned in to Class 95… The topic that the flying Holland man and Glenn Ong Su Kar was discussing about was the hotly debated topic “Are Singapore woman Stingy ”… It all started because on the Sunday Plus front cover, there was this article about this Ang Mo guy complaining that Singapore women are stingy , he have to pay for all the meals that he and his date went to …Apparently his hot dates never offer to even pay for their share. He thinks that these girls are taking the guys for granted.

The Holland man was telling Su kar that he believes that a guy should pay for a girl when
They are out for a date or a meal. While (if I m not mistaken) Su Kar claimed that the least the gals could do is to at least offer to pay for their share. And whether or not the guy accepts or not is another issue. Well what do u think?

Personally I believed that guys who have initiated a date dun really have a choice.. u want to ask a gal out u have to be mentally and financially be prepared to pay for her share. I am not judging Singaporean girls here, but SG now a days really expect that from their date.

I have been out on a couple for dates. I have met a few types.

1) No Shy Kind = Tell u straight that if u want her to go out with u for movies or dinner
U jolly well pay for her.

2) Ke Siao Kind = Before the date , she tells u aiyah not need to pay for her and go some
cheap place. On the day it self she walks into a Jap restaurant then order all the red
plates and then when u offer to pay for dinner ..She says thanks immediately.

3) Those tell u that they have no cash n will pay u pay later. But never brought the matter
up again.

Well but there are always a few nice ones around…
